Sprint Relay LLC ("Sprint Relay," "we," "us," or "our") operates sprintrelay.co and provides fractional CTO/CPO consulting services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these combined terms.

Sprint Relay provides technology consulting, product strategy, and engineering leadership services on a fractional basis. All services are subject to executed Master Services Agreements and Statements of Work.

Our consulting services are provided on an advisory basis. We make no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or project success. Results depend on factors outside our control.

1.3 Client Responsibilities

You agree to: (a) provide accurate information; (b) respond to requests in a timely manner; (c) maintain confidentiality of any proprietary materials we share; (d) pay invoices within agreed terms.

1.4 Intellectual Property

Pre-existing IP remains with its original owner. Work product created specifically for you under a signed agreement becomes your property upon full payment, unless otherwise specified. Our methodologies, frameworks, and general knowledge remain our property.

1.5 Termination

Either party may terminate services per the terms of the executed agreement. You remain responsible for payment of services rendered prior to termination.

1.6 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPRINT RELAY'S LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID FOR SERVICES IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

1.7 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Oakland County, Michigan.
